xrdp is a remote desktop service aimed at Linux or other Unix operating systems, that is offered under Apache License 2.0. Since xrdp uses the same remote desktops protocols as Microsoft Windows, as well as support for screen sharing, sound sharing and file transfers, Windows remote desktops can be run without installing any additional client software.
