３． A Model for Life in Rural Areas

①　In order to create an environment where people can live comfortably, we have been working to build better relationships between not only our own employees, but also our families, neighbors and the members of our local community. In this way we believe that we can develop a unique style of living that utilizes our local region’s unique assets.

②　We believe that a warm and friendly environment leads to a richer and more fulfilling life. New friends and colleagues are always welcome.

③　Although based in a relatively rural environment, we strive to constantly provide a high quality, world-class service. By maintaining ties with areas at the forefront of technological innovation, we aim to further grow as a company and contribute to the development of new ideas and technologies.


④　We strive to create an environment where people are encouraged to continually challenge themselves. An environment where success is praised, and the value that failure offers when creating new and innovative systems can be fully realized.

We seek to create local communities where people can take part in productive and worthwhile work whilst still being appropriately compensated for their contributions to the community. We also wish to strengthen the relationships between colleagues, families and neighbors to create a healthy living environment that fully utilizes our region’s unique strengths. We believe that in this way, we can provide a path to a rich, fulfilling lifestyle that is unique to rural Japan.
We have strived to make connections with both established technological giants in Silicon Valley, and up-and-coming South East Asian tech companies. By doing this we hope to promote the exchange of talent, information and ideas at the highest level. We hope to build a community environment where success is praise, and where failure is acknowledged as a necessary step during growth.
